LIVERPOOL, England Sept 25 (Reuters) – Britain’s predominant opposition celebration chief Keir Starmer stated on Sunday he would reintroduce the top rate of income tax to 45% after the federal government abolished the rate in a mini-budget.
Starmer is below stress to assert himself because the prime minister-in-waiting as he begins his marketing campaign for energy at this week’s annual Labour convention in Liverpool in northwest England.
